Robben is very nice and easy work with. We have been searching our ideal home for a couple months since 2020(everything is more complicated with the COVID-19 pandemic), and had been working with other agents as well, but those agents seems are a little arrogant, and after see the houses just ask you if you want to give an offer or not. Or the price is not high enough for the agent, they just said better not to give an offer since the seller is not going to accept you, but at the end the sold price was way lower our price. But I don’t have any problems like that with Robben, he respects every decision that my family and I made, and will give his opinions either good or bad.Robben is incredibly amazing patient to explain everything that you want to know. Also since the pandemic there’s only appointment only to see the houses, every time he will schedule 4-5 houses at 1 day to let us able to compare and he just spent the whole day for 1 customer. He helped us brought our ideal home, during this time he corporate with my loan agent and their team work was amazing that you won’t believe that they still answering my questions and working on the loan documents almost midnight. Overall he is a amazing agent and I will definitely refer Robben to my families and friends.
